Is your turquoise real?

YES! We source our turquoise directly from the Colbaugh Processing mine near Kingman, Arizona.

Will your earrings make my ears itch?

Our earrings are made from highest quality sterling silver to keep common metal sensitivities at bay. In case you are sensitive even to sterling silver, we can replace silver ear wires with titanium. Please leave us a note at checkout if you want ear wires replaced.

Can I put your pendant on my own chain?

Definitely! Just make sure your sterling silver chain is on the thinner side, preferably not more than 1.3 mm, and that the jump ring or eye component on the opposite end from the clasp is not larger than the links of the chain.

Not sure if your chain meets these dimensions? We offer 16-inch and 18-inch chains for all our pendants. You can find them in our NECKLACES Collection.

Still want to use your own chain? Drop us a note, and we might be able to modify the pendant to fit on it. We're always happy to help.

Can I wear this to the beach?

Unfortunately, no. Sterling silver reacts with liquids (water included), salt, chlorine, and other chemicals, and if you wore your new jewelry to the beach or pool, you'd make it tarnish very quickly.

Also, natural turquoise is a soft and porous stone that doesn't react well to direct sunlight, liquids, lotions, and oils (including body oils). Exposing it to these would weaken and discolor it.

What if this doesn't work for me or if I lose 1 earring?

If for some reason our jewelry doesn't work for you, make sure to contact us within 30 days from the order date, and we'll do our best to make things right.

If you've lost one earring out of your pair, drop us a note, and we'll replace it so long as we're still carrying the style of earrings you have.
